The Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism:

We, the member congregations of the Unitarian Universalists Association, covenant to affirm and promote:

- The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
- Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
- Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in out
congregations;
- A free and responsible search for truth and mea

ning;
- The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our
congregations and in society at large;
- The goal of work community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
- Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

All are invited to join us this Sunday September 6th at 11 am for “My First Job.” Come honor Labor Day and share personal remembrances of that first attempt at gainful employment.

EUUF Kids will read “”Clothesline Clues to Jobs People Do” by Deborah Hembrook & Kathryn Heling.” Then, we’ll fill out our own clotheslines with the jobs we want to do someday.

THE ART WALL continues with featured artist Dawn Ward. Her exhibit and sale entitled "Intertwined" highlights her skills as a fiber artist, integrating traditional processes with the discarded remnants of our modern world. Please join us for the artist's reception Friday, Sept. 18th from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. The show continues until December 20th. (Saturdays 10 am to 2:00 pm; Sundays 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm).

We are located at 17 Elk St. in Eureka Springs. Parking (including handicap parking and drop-off) is available in the lot next to the church. Overflow parking is on the street or a short walk away at Ermilio’s. PLEASE PARK IN LEGAL PARKING ONLY.

Everyone (and we mean everyone) is welcome!

All are invited to join us this Sunday August 30th at 11 am for “Dragged Kicking & Screaming Into Heaven”. This video sermon by the Rev. Dr. Mark Morrison-Reed, originally delivered at All Souls UU in Tulsa OK, features a wide-ranging explanation of the Universalist side of our pluralistic, covenantal tradition.

EUUF kids will talk about what it means to be “good.” We will watch the read-aloud book “Be Kind” by Pat Zietlow Miller. Students will then head to the sidewalk outside of UU to create Kind chalk messages for passersby.

Thank YOU Robin Bray Ford for the wonderfully rich historical presentation yesterday at EUUF. We learned SO MUCH about the EUUF Building at 17 Elk Street. PLUS .. your idea of recreating the 1050's congregation photo was brilliant. Combined with the EUUF Plaque unveiling donated by Lynn and Al Larson made for the perfect day!

All are invited to join us this Sunday August 23rd at 11 am for “The Story of the Little Church on Elk Street” when Robin Bray, Outreach Coordinator at the Eureka Springs Historical Museum, will explore the building’s history with chapters on faith, prejudice and finally, universal acceptance. Robin has worked and volunteered at the museum since 2017. We will unveil the plaque marking historic events, which is to be installed on the exterior of our building.

EUUF kids will take a Field Trip! UU kids will take a tour of the interior & exterior of the Eureka Springs Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Weather permitting, we will take a little tour of the Eureka Springs historic district. We will return & sketch our favorite buildings on the tour.
