All are invited to join us this Sunday, June 7th, at 11:00 am. Bryan Manire and Karen Okupniak offer an overview of our current UUA Common Read “Social Change Now: A Guide to Reflection & Connection,” inviting us to grow more authentic, connected and effective as individuals and communities as we pursue transformative justice together.

This week our UU kids will read “We Care: A First Conversation About Justice by Jessica Ralli and Megan Madison. We will then get right to action! Using Hollow’s Homemade paper we’ll be decorating postcards to send to Arkansas representatives.

THE ART WALL continues with "FEAR NO ART ... the Tangled Drawings of Pam Quick" who shares her photography and fine art inspired by many cultures. The exhibit and sale runs until August 30 (Saturdays 10 am to 2:00 pm; Sundays 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm) except June 14, July 4, July 12, and Aug 9.

We are located at 17 Elk St. in Eureka Springs. Parking (including handicap parking and drop-off) is available in the lot next to the church. Overflow parking is on the street or a short walk away at Ermilio’s. PLEASE PARK IN LEGAL PARKING ONLY.

Everyone (and we mean everyone) is welcome!

All are invited to join us this Sunday, May 31st, at 11:00 a.m. as local author James Fain, PhD, takes a look at the meaning of “relevant.” Is it the same as pertinent? Germane? How does aging/retirement change your presence? Is gardening and cooking casseroles all there is?

This week our UU kids will read “The Truth About Old People” by Elina Ellis. Afterwards, they will create their own self-portraits of themselves as elders someday many years from now.

We are located at 17 Elk St. in Eureka Springs. Parking (including handicap parking and drop-off) is available in the lot next to the church. Overflow parking is on the street or a short walk away at Ermilio’s. PLEASE PARK IN LEGAL PARKING ONLY.

Debra Haffner’s prayer reminds us that gratitude is more than a feeling. It is a way of moving through the world with care and appreciation for one another. To feed each other. To trust each other. To say thank you for the abundance, love, and community that sustain us.

There is something powerful about pausing long enough to notice what is good in our lives.

In a busy and often overwhelming world, may we make space to notice what nourishes us and to hold gratitude close—not only for what we receive, but for the ways we care for one another along the way.
