Eure Baptist Awana Clubs Awana at EBC is a Christian youth ministry for all children from age three through high school. We offer club nights that are fun and engaging!

SUNDAYS 6:00PM - 7:45PM

WHAT AGES CAN PARTICIPATE? Cubbies – Ages 3 thru 5 years. Must be potty trained. Sparks – Grades Kindergarten thru 2
T&T Ultimate Adventure – Grades 3 thru 4
T&T Ultimate Challenge – Grades 5 thru 6
Trek – Middles School grades 7 thru 8
Journey – High School grades 9 thru 12

We close out this year of fantastic AWANA with our final
meal and Awards Ceremony.

Yes, we want parents and grandparents to join us for the
meal (5:30 p.m.). We will follow with presenting awards
to every child or teen present.

Parents,

Just a reminder that Eure Baptist is hosting a community Game
Night for grades K-12 tonight from 5-8 in our fellowship hall.
Board games will be provided, but kid can bring their own
"board" games if they wish. Food is provided - pizza, snacks, etc.

It is not required that everyone stays the entire 3 hours.
Children/teens are encouraged to bring friends.
Parents are welcome.

Just a reminder that if any of our AWANA kids (children or teens)
wish to be in our Christmas Eve Service (children's play and
nativity pageant), required REHEARSAL is tomorrow, Saturday @
11 a.m. in our Sanctuary.

If we don't see you then, have a most Happy Christmas and New Year.
AWANA will resume Wednesday, Jan. 10 @ 5:30 p.m.

Parents,

We will be having our AWANA meal for children/teens and their
parents tomorrow night (Wednesday, Dec. 6) @ 5:30 p.m. We
will follow the meal with an AWARDS program where all of our
Sparks kids will receive their wings, jewels, and badge. We
should be finished by 6:15 p.m.

We will restart AWANA on Wednesday, January 10, same time
and same place.

The Eure Baptist Christmas program will be Christmas Eve, Dec. 24
@ 7 p.m. If your child or children are not involved in a Christmas program
with your church or other group, and would like to be involved, just speak
with Tamila Campbell (370-2665) or myself (312-9910)

Hey parents!

Just a reminder about Awana this evening at Eure Baptist Church from 5:30-7pm.

As always, we will have a meal, songs and worship, and game time before our biblical lessons.

We are thrilled to have so many children join us these last few weeks!

Also, teens, Ms Debbie and Ms Tamila will be having a nice fire going in a fire pit and plan on doing s'mores with our teens before our Apologetics discussion. Bring a friend!

Tomorrow evening, September 20th, is our first meeting of the new year at Eure Baptist Awana Clubs!

For our little ones, they will be engaged in their Awana lessons, as well as games and praise and worship music.

For our TEENS, we will be having a special guest speaker, Mrs. Amy Warren. She has worked with teen youth ministry for several years. Parents are invited to stay along with their teens for this special meeting.

Looking forward to seeing you there tomorrow evening, 5:40 p.m. at Eure Baptist Church, Corner High Rd in Eure!

Eure Baptist Church, 7th year of Awana kicks off on September 20th at 5:30. This year we will be doing something different just for the teens, middle school and high school age.

Apologetics. This will cover how our youth struggles to navigate current challenges in today's society. How they can live differently and be a light in an overwhelming culture. This will be a very casual setting for them to ask questions and engage in a positive group. At times we will even be sitting around a bonfire!

Supper will be served at every meeting. If there are younger siblings, ages 5 and up please bring them, they will be meeting with the Awana leaders to engage in singing and games and lessons, the teens will be engaged in their own games. Our mission is to guide teens and encourage them to ask the tough questions, get straight answers and strengthen their faith 🙏

Great news! AWANA will begin for the fall session very soon.
At our meeting Sunday night, we assessed all that is going on
in the community and county, and will begin AWANA on Wednesday,
September 20. We will run AWANA on this schedule, each Wednesday
until December.

5:30-5:45 Check-In and Meal
5:45-6:45. AWANA songs, games, Bible Study/books
6:45 - 7 Wrap up and Awards

We have 5 adult leaders: Tamila Campbell, Debbie Lambert, Becky Brown,
Becky McLawhorn, and Pastor Wayne

We will have two AWANA groups. Kindergarten - Grade 5
Middle & High School

We have a plan. We are excited about serving the community and
county.

Because of this schedule, beginning Sept. 20 we will have
Bible Study & Prayer time @ 7 p.m. and Choir @ 7:30. This is the
schedule that we used for many years pre-Covid.

Letters will go out to parents tomorrow - it looks like we have many prospective
children to work with.

Parents,

Just a reminder that we are on from 4 - 5:15 p.m. Since this is the
first Sunday evening, we realize that a few of our kids will be headed to
Gatesville Baptist from 5:30-6:30, those that play church basketball.

We ask that your children wear their vests or shirts, and with books
and Bible. We will be trying to get everyone up to date with awards tonight.

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder we will be on the 4 p.m. schedule the rest of the
winter-spring season. We will regather in the Fellowship Hall for
closure @ 5:15 p.m. Since some of the kids play church league basketball,
if you need to pick up your child or children, just check in with Commander
Tamila and they can collect their things and leave. Since it only takes
a little over 5 minutes to get to Gatesville Baptist, hopefully, this schedule
will work.

We had 13 children and teens for AWANA last Sunday afternoon. Hope
to see you!
