Inside of you lives the treasure God Himself placed there, and it is now coming forth. The days of being boxed in by opinions, fear, or self-doubt are over. We have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. The inner man is being strengthened, built, and matured by His Spirit. May this word speak life to the places that felt buried, weary, or restricted. Though our outward man perishes, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. Every limitation is breaking off, every ceiling is shattering, and a new boldness is rising in you. Walk in the freedom of who God has called you to be, knowing that with God all things are possible.

Over the past five years, I’ve walked through multiple seasons of transition each one shaping, stretching, and refining me. During that time, I was not only being processed by God, but also actively building and training leaders for the work of ministry. This journey birthed the core team of Kingdom Restoration Training Center. Every step was intentional. While I was equipping others, God was restoring and rebuilding me. What looked like delay was actually divine preparation. What seemed hidden was actually being fortified. And now, what God was doing privately, He is preparing to reveal publicly for His glory alone.

I am honored to introduce to you the foundational leadership team of Kingdom Restoration Training Center:
Elder Alonzo Mayo,
Elder Mary Austin,
Minister Elect Qwayasian Whigham.
And Minister Elect Takwain Whigham.

This is not just a team it is a God ordained alignment. Each one has been tried, trained, and trusted to carry the vision. Together, we move forward restoring, rebuilding, and releasing for the advancement of the Kingdom.

Christ Himself is our greatest example. “He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities” (Isaiah 53:5). His body was broken so that we could be made whole. If the perfect Son of God had to be broken to bring life to the world, why do we think God won’t use our breaking to bring life to others? Your brokenness is not wasted. It is the bread in God’s hands, ready to feed the multitudes.

Bread must be broken to be shared. Left whole, it feeds no one. The same is true of your life. Revelation 12:11 declares that we overcome “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.” A testimony only comes from brokenness. The broken pieces of your story are the very things God will use to set someone else free.

Jesus was revealed in the breaking. “When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him” (Luke 24:30–31). It is often in the breaking seasons of our lives that we truly see Jesus for who He is. Brokenness opens our eyes to His presence.

Brokenness does not disqualify you, it multiplies you. Job lost everything, yet his testimony after the breaking fed generations of believers (Job 42:10). The areas where you have been broken are the very areas God will use to feed others who are starving for hope, healing, and restoration.

Imagine if Jesus had looked at the bread and said, “This is too small, it won’t be enough.” Instead, He broke it, and what was not enough became more than enough (Matthew 14:20). God looks at our lives the same way. He takes what seems too small, too broken, too weak and He multiplies it through the breaking. Your story is not too little for God to use.

David declared, “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise” (Psalm 51:17). What God will not turn away is brokenness offered to Him. Just as the bread was broken and then given, so too will your life be broken and then given to those who need it. What feels like loss is really God’s way of multiplying your purpose.

We think wholeness is what God desires, but sometimes He desires brokenness so He can pour Himself through us. Paul said, “We have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us” (2 Corinthians 4:7). Jars that have never been broken cannot pour. Bread that has never been broken cannot feed. A life never broken cannot multiply.
