Silent Saturday

On this day, the world grew quiet.

Jesus lay in the tomb, and hope seemed hidden. The voices that once cried “Hosanna” were now silent, and His followers waited in sorrow and uncertainty. Yet even in the stillness, God was at work.

“The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.”
— Lamentations 3:25

Silent Saturday reminds us that just because God seems quiet doesn’t mean He is absent. In the waiting, He is preparing something greater.

Hold on… Sunday is coming. ✝️

It’s Friday, today we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. He gave His life for our sins so that we could have forgiveness, grace, and new life.

“It is finished.” – John 19:30

Today we reflect on His love… and prepare our hearts for the victory of Resurrection Sunday.

On this day, Jesus shared the Last Supper with His disciples, washed their feet to show humility and love, and gave the command to love one another. He then prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, where He was later betrayed by Judas and arrested—beginning the events that led to the cross.
Even knowing what was ahead, He chose obedience and sacrifice.
