ESTHERVILLE LUTHERAN Estherville Lutheran Church 'Elca' Is Currently Hiring.

Part-time Secretarial Position
Approximately 12-15 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. - Help to manage the daily agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. - Keep member database up to date. - Support and facilitate monthly
reports. - Support and facilitate weekly worship services. - Develop and maintain a filing system.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. - Familiar with office organization. - High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Integrity and professional. - Proficient in Mircosoft Office. - High school diploma.
