Founded in 1939 in Escondido, California, our name encapsulates who we are:

Emmanuel
The core of our belief is that God is with us. He is a loving, personal God who cares deeply for every human being. Faith
We believe that Jesus Christ is God who came to earth in human form to reveal God’s love for us and willingly pay the price for our sin by dying on a cross. He rose three days later to conquer death so that anyone who believes in Him can fully live in a personal relationship with the Creator of the universe. We strive to share Christ’s love with those around us in both spiritual and practical ways. Church
We are the body of Christ. We provide support and encouragement through life groups, a wide variety of ministries and by providing opportunities for people to serve others. We love to gather together to worship the Lord through prayer, music and the teaching of the Holy Scriptures. As an elder-led church, we base our teachings on God’s Scripture and its central figure, Jesus Christ. We believe the Scriptures are God’s instructions to us and should be obeyed and embraced. Because it is the believer’s privilege and personal mission to carry the gospel of Christ to others, EFCC is also a missionally-focused church. People are encouraged to share the love of Christ with those in our community and around the world. EFCC continues to send out many full-time outreach workers around the globe and is committed to providing short-term, cross-cultural outreach experiences for those within our church body.

Fall Fun Starts Here! Looking for a fun way to make memories together as a family? 🎃 Join us for the EFCC Harvest Party!

With dozens of games filling the gym and taking over the parking lot, there’s something fun around every corner! Kids can bounce their way through bounce houses, take on obstacle courses, enjoy pony rides, and explore a field transformed into a place for families to connect and have fun together.

And what’s a harvest party without the food? Grab a bite from our food trucks or enjoy classic fair favorites like cotton candy, hot dogs, nachos, and plenty of candy! 🍭🌭

Whether you're here for the games, the food, or simply a chance to spend time together, the Harvest Party is all about bringing families together and making memories with our community.

The past two Sundays have been full of connection! ❤️ Last week, the rain brought everyone into the cafe for good food and even better fellowship. This week, we celebrated families taking the next step in their faith through parent dedications. We love seeing our church family grow closer to one another and to God! 🙌

Jesus was a master of asking good questions. In fact, throughout the Gospels, he asked more than 300 of them. He didn’t ask questions because he needed information, but because they were the best way to help people experience transformation. His questions caused people to think, wrestle with their motives, and ultimately change. They exposed what was happening beneath the surface and invited people into a deeper life with God. What if Jesus isn’t done asking questions? What if Jesus wants to explore what’s beneath the surface in your life, too? This fall we’re exploring some of Jesus’ most soul-searching questions and discovering how they still have the power to transform us today.

This Sunday, Emmanuel Faith Lead Pastor Ryan Paulson will continue our fall series with the message, “Do You Want to Get Well?” from John 5:1-9.
