In this Maturation Monday, we dig into why an obsession with church “growth metrics” can quietly pull leaders away from spiritual health, depth, and genuine discipleship.

We’ll talk about how numbers can become an idol, the subtle ways metrics shape our decisions, and how to re-center on maturity, faithfulness, and formation instead of mere attendance and views. If you’re a pastor, leader, or believer who feels the pressure to “perform,” this conversation will help you step back, breathe, and realign with the heart of God for His people.

THE JOSEPH PROTOCOL & TEMPORNG OF AN
INTERCESSOR 👁🧎‍➡️🔥

“Favor always reveals the fractures it intends to heal.

Intercession begins here, it is in the awareness that divine favor exposes dysfunction not to punish but to redeem. God often plants His intercessors in tension so they learn to carry both love and compassion within one heart.

Favored but Unformed

At seventeen, Joseph had already been shown Heaven’s blueprint for him and his people. Yet though the dream was true, the dreamer was still learning it's cosmic and earthly blueprint. He saw sheaves bowing and stars circling, but he mistook revelation for recognition. The gift outpaced his character.

When Joseph spoke prematurely, God permitted family friction. His brothers’ resentment, the pit, the slavery all these became sculpting tools for character refinement. The dream was pure, yet it demanded purification of the vessel that carried it. Such tension is not divine rejection but the dreamers first wound into formation.
God positions the prophetic interior of the dreamer within that tension. Dreams and visions can initiate conflict because of the revelation it carries that will one day reconcile broken humanity and Heavens agenda for the earth.

Joseph’s descent into Egypt was not deterioration; but a deeper peering into the soul. He’s descent postured him for deployment. Each circumstance placed him between Heaven’s promise and human pain, teaching him to hold tension like a priest before an altar.

The Anatomy of Temporing

Like steel in the furnace intercessors are heated in the fire of Gods presence.
Through intense and uncomfortable quenching comes sudden trials, persecution or wilderness seasons that shock not just the system of development, but after formation shocking and confronting Pharisaical systems designed to keep people out of the kingdom.

Without the tempering that follows, the patient, gentle reheating of God’s encouragement, community, and promise, we become brittle warriors who crack under sustained pressure.

Every intercessor is in essence a blacksmith in prayer.
Intercession pulls divine purpose from heaven's furnace and shapes it into usable reality. In the fire the intercessor feels the heat of burden, travailing until then dream or vision is formed.

This is the stage of spiritual dunamis-power being generated.
In the quenching process the spirit cools the soul, sometimes through silence or what feels like delay.
This seals the revelation, keeping it from warping through exposure to emotion not seated in the fruit of the spirit.

“In the tempering God reintroduces gentle heat-mid-level pressure in community, obedience and waiting. So the intercessor learns flexibility and endurance, the hallmark of spiritual Kratos.”

As we’ve entered into the head of the year 5786 on the Hebraic calendar, God has VAVD us (hooked) His Body into alignment. This past weekend I experienced a tangible Glory that I’ve only experienced twice in a meeting. Once was in Ramona,CA and the other in Ixtepec Mexico.
It’s a bone rattling Glory that’s leaves you naked and bare in the presence of the Lord.
VAV connects Heaven and Earth, Spiritual and Worldly. VAV also represents and summons the Bride to remain connected to the vine.
Where we’ve lost sight of his fiery eyes, we’re encouraged through AWE & Wonder to remain low, meek and childlike.

The Assembly hosted by Steve and Rhema Trayner in Atlanta are Glory carriers. Because they carry the Glory well they know how invite others into Gods presence. We will be forever changed from this solemn Assembly.

Common Reasons Why Prophecy Fails
—Disillusionment

In the book of revelations we read the Spirit of Prophecy is the Testimony of Jesus. While we can all agree that God’s written word is true we must also understand when it is sent that it will achieve that in which it was sent for.

Having said that there are common misunderstandings regarding prophecy that must be addressed or we can be deceived:

1. The Spirit of Prophecy is a Person and brings us into the Testimony of Jesus Christ. The mission of prophecy is to make us look and walk like Him.

2. We don't live off of prophetic words but we live by the prophetic spirit which is His Word.

3. True prophetic words will shake your life and shape you into the vessel in which the Potter's Hand has created you for. This isn't always a make-you-feel-good kinda way and you will learn to eat the scroll.

4. Prophecy is a gift to the body and is to be harnessed from a deep place of spiritual Koinonia and fellowship. To not be in community is a violation and prophecy can get off the rails outside of community.

5. Prophecy isn't a name it claim it and it can take years to decades to come forth. What if the prophetic word wasn't even for your generation? We must learn to steward the prophetic from one generation to another.

6. You cannot prophecy yourself out of hardships and pain. This is where true prophecy carries its receiver to form a greater life of surrender and humility in valleys.

7. Prophecy can make someone's life a divine mess and that's the intent. Many can become disillusioned to think its not of the Lord because there life is falling apart. This is often a divine setup into greater formation and the test is to remain.

8. Prophecy must be judged and weighed. Without bringing testing to the prophetic it will become perverted with mixture.

9. The goal of prophetic maturity is to grow in the realms of intercession and not public ministry. Deeper realms of prophetic intimacy require greater embodiment in hiddenness.

10. Prophecy will always carry encouragement to move forward and further into the life of Christ. Prophecy is not to empower complacency or passivity.

11. Prophecy must be filtered through the life and mission of Christ.

12. Prophecy when not mixed with Inward formation (building understanding) makes people reach further than their capacity will allow. Emotional intelligence is paramount.

*Prophetic maturity best takes place in the life and flow of prophetic companies and apostolic teams.

This week, we’re diving deep into the life of Job, not just because ofwhat he suffered, but the mystery behind why Satan had to guess what made Job so beloved by God.

👀Satan wasn’t all-knowing, and he knows this, this is why he was fishing for clues amongst the counsel (Job1:5-12 ).

He assumed Job’s devotion was transactional:👿 “Take away the blessings and he’ll curse You.”

But what if Job’s loyalty wasn’t rooted in what he got, but who God is?

💡This episode exposes how authentic love for God confuses the enemy — because it can’t be manipulated or predicted.Get ready to unpack:
📍Why Satan underestimated Job
📍How God flexes through your loyalty
📍And why spiritual maturity is Satan’s blind spot.

🕊️ Authentic faith makes you unpredictable in the spirit. Tune in and grow up!

Why You Can’t Remember Your Dreams | The Heart’s Cry Behind the Veil

In this powerful episode, we explore the deep spiritual reason why many people struggle to remember their dreams. Could it be that your heart is trying to tell you something?

When pain is buried in the soul—ignored, suppressed, or unresolved—it can act like a dark veil over the eyes of your spirit. This veil doesn’t just dull your ability to recall your dreams—it can block your ability to see Jesus rightly in them.

We talk about how unhealed wounds can cloud the clarity of divine encounters in the night, and why healing the heart is essential to unlocking prophetic dreams, divine messages, and encounters with the presence of God while you sleep.

If you’ve ever wondered why your dreams feel distant or why you wake up with no memory of them, this conversation may be the key. It’s time to let Jesus behind the curtain.

In this episode, we’re diving into a powerful truth that often gets misunderstood in Christian spaces: suffering and sickness are not the same thing. While suffering can be part of the Christian journey, sickness is not something we’re meant to accept as our identity. God’s sovereignty is not a reason to stay sick—it’s a reason to believe for healing, especially through the strength and love found in community.

We explore how God works healing through others, how faith is not measured by whether or not we suffer, and how emotional and spiritual healing unlocks deeper clarity in our dreams and visions. The more our hearts are healed, the more heaven speaks—and the more we hear.

If you’ve ever felt shame about your pain or questioned your faith in the middle of a trial, this is for you. Let’s break the silence around these topics and rediscover God’s heart together.

Are you a prophetic voice who’s been silenced, gaslit, or boxed in by the corporate model of church? You’re not alone.

In this video, we talk about what it means for modern-day saints to step away from systems that muzzle gifts, prioritize performance over presence, and build brands instead of birthing destinies.

It’s time to find (or become) a prophetic community that doesn’t just tolerate your gifting—but nurtures, affirms, and activates it. A place that helps you heal from spiritual trauma and walk fully in your prophetic assignment.

We’re not here to bash the Church—we’re here to call the remnant, stir the watchmen, and empower those who feel the pull to pioneer new wineskins for what God is birthing in this generation.

If you’ve been carrying something prophetic and haven’t found the right midwife—this message is for you.
