Well, it’s the day after Christmas and most celebrations are over. Time to clean up, enjoy your gifts and start getting back to a normal schedule. I hope everyone had joyful days celebrating the coming of The King, our Savior, Jesus Christ! His birth was a miracle and the circumstances were somewhat unusual, but the best is yet to come. Just 32 quick years later, He will choose to be brutally beaten beyond recognition and suffer a most agonizing death on the cross so you and I can have an amazing relationship with our very Creator for eternity! Christmas is beautiful but I love Easter when we celebrate the sacrifice Jesus suffered for us and the day He beat death and rose from the grave to show Satan that He is the King and no grave could hold Him!!!

Enjoy your week as we get ready to open up a new year! Make a commitment for your time with God. Read the Bible in a year; read a Proverbs every day; Commit a certain time or amount of your day to Jesus; set a goal to serve in a new way and watch God do His thing in your live. Most of us set a New Year’s resolution, so this year forget about the diet stuff and multiple other goals you will push for and likely give up on. Make goals that will change who you are into the person whom God created you to be, His child serving in the family business!
