First Church of the Nazarene has been serving the greater Erie community for nearly 75 years since its founding in 1938. It began when a group of people who had experienced the joy of coming to know Jesus Christ in a warm, heartfelt, personal relationship during an evangelistic tent crusade wanted to continue to grow in their faith by uniting together as a church. They started meeting in a storefront building in Wesleyville and later purchased their own building at 21st and Wallace Streets in Erie, where they were located until a new church and parsonage were built in 1956 at 26th and German Streets. In 1992, that property was sold to another church and the new church was built at our present location at 5426 Cider Mill Road in the beautiful Belle Valley area of eastern Millcreek Township. Sundays:

10 am - Sunday School for All Ages

11 am - Morning Worship

6 pm - Praise & Prayer

Wednesdays:

7 pm - Midweek Bible Study (April - November)

(Note: No Midweek Bible Study December - March)
