Fryers are being deep cleaned today! This is fryer number two of four. They look brand new! After cleaning, we have to fill with oil to coat the pot and heater tubes (??) keep them from rusting. The oil will be drained, fryer will be wiped down a final time, then they will be covered and stored until February 12, 2027. That’s the first Fish Fry of next year! Ed, Pete, and Chuck (okay, I do help some too) do a super job on this each year!
