Join us in praying for those who are going back to school.
Heavenly Father, as a new school year begins, we lift up our teachers, students, parents, and guardians to You. Thank You for the rest and renewal of summer. Reignite in our teachers a passion for teaching and give them bold faith to know that You will move in their classrooms. Help them show Your kindness, patience, and love to every student.
May each classroom be a safe place where every child feels seen, valued, and loved. When teachers feel overwhelmed or unseen, remind them that You see and value their work.
Lord, protect our children as they begin this new year. Preserve their joy, curiosity, and innocence. Help them learn and grow, treat others with kindness, and stand strong against bullying, gossip, and negativity. Surround them with good friends who encourage and support them and help them hear Your voice above all others.
We pray for parents and guardians as they navigate busy schedules and the emotions that come with entrusting their children to others. Give them peace, strength, and reassurance. Remind them of Your promise that You watch over Your children and are with us in our coming and going.
Bless our schools, teachers, students, administrators and families. Guide them into a year filled with learning, kindness, growth, and hope. Amen
