An excerpt from our upcoming book, "Divine Healing for the Spirit, Soul & Body", which will be released in the next week!

Years ago, God revealed that having demons manifest could actually work against what we were trying to accomplish. One woman manifested the same way every time we prayed. It wasn’t that she was doing it on purpose, but it was because she had an ungodly belief that she needed to manifest to get free. By addressing this lie, she was enabled to become free of it. She suddenly stopped the demonic manifesting she had been doing in each of our appointments. Later, God took this revelation one step further. I had just finished a ministry session in which the lady was crawling across the floor like a snake. To me, it was exciting. My adrenaline was flowing. I was so excited at seeing her deliverance. As I was driving home, the Holy Spirit brought the scripture Luke 10:20 to my mind. It says, “Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.” This thought bothered me because I realized I was rejoicing in that very thing. I asked the Lord to help me with this. Within the next few weeks, the Holy Spirit showed me how the enemy enjoys manifesting to show his power, and how it also strengthens the enemy’s position. I stopped allowing it. Why give demons the opportunity to show off? Now they don’t even try. I started by placing them before the throne of the True Lord Jesus Christ and do not allow them to do or say anything (unless Jesus tells them to). Now I don’t even have to do that. I think our faith is a tangible presence in the spirit realm. The enemy knows by seeing my faith in this area that he is not allowed to manifest. Without them manifesting, there is also no temptation to rejoice. After I get rid of the person’s agreements with the enemy, with the demons still before the throne, I ask the Lord to get rid of them, to cast them out, to execute judgment, and they go.

Valerie came forward in my (Diane’s) healing line one day when the ministry I was a part of was holding special meetings at a church. She had chronic back pain due to a severe car accident. A TENS unit (a unit that sends electrical shocks into her nervous system to manage pain) had been installed in her back to help her. She also had PTSD from her accident, complete with nightmares.

The first thing I did was to pray for her. When I pray, I listen to the Holy Spirit and speak what I feel he is guiding me to pray. Sometimes the words come out directly. For example, when praying for Valerie, I heard myself say, "Lord, cleanse her dream portal." This surprised me. I had never prayed that before, and I didn't even know we have a dream portal! Figuring the Spirit of God knew more than me, I shelved this revelation for later and continued praying by releasing her from the trauma, any spirit of trauma, along with the memories of the accident from her body and her DNA. I did this as I moved her arms (one up and the other down, then vice versa) to get both sides of her brain involved in the prayer.

I then asked her to turn off her TENS unit. She did and reported no more pain. Later, I heard that she was completely healed of her pain as well as her nightmares.

A recent testimony: I had hit a kind of 'glass ceiling', noticing that I would force myself to stay awake till 3/4 am, and getting 'triggered' by all kinds of things in my daily life.
(Please bear in mind I was opened upto abuse/occult at the age of 10).
A week later I sent Diane this message:
"Hi Diane i had an awesome experience letting go of more fragments today.
Its taken a whole week for the 'dust to settle' and begin to see clearly 🙂
Holy Spirit showed me I had a whole family of children fragments, it seemed like hundreds, that I was still accommodating and shepherding.
Late at night they would 'come out' in choice of tv/internet, each one wanting to be heard..and keeping me wide awake with their demands..either that or appearing in my dreams. This is what my spiritman saw as I observed my souls behaviour.
When I realised I was holding onto them, I released the ones who were ready to be integrated into Father, as Michael King explains, and there was a whole lot of shifting going on. Thanku so much for opening up this realm for me!
In my opinion, the man from the Gadarenes not only had an unclean spirit, ( or Alien Human Spirit), a thousand demons, but was also 'fragmented'.
In Mark Chapter 5, after Jesus had compassion on this tormented man, the locals found him 'sitting and clothed and in his right mind'.

If part of our body is wounded and we lose the function of that part, other parts of our body will try to compensate for that loss. We lose our sight, our other senses become more sensitive/active to help compensate. Unfortunately, they can never equal the abilities our sight gives us. The same is true for our soul. When we are hurt, wounded, traumatized, our soul becomes wounded and broken. Other parts of the soul will try to compensate, but they can never fully replace the broken part. Since many do not know how to heal their soul, the brokenness remains. Coping mechanisms and defense mechanisms now become part of your way of life.

Recently the Lord showed me that as our body is one but with many parts (fingers, arms, legs, etc), our soul is one but with many parts as well. Tomorrow I will share more on this.

I had a lady come to me who had gone to multiple counselors and prayer counselors. No one had been able to help her. She confided to me that her husband was very skeptical of my ability to help her. He was not supportive of her coming to me for ministry. Since I know not to take on the responsibility for her healing, I was not concerned. That’s God’s responsibility and if we take on that burden, it will tear us down. We prayed together for a few months and she made amazing progress. She had depression so bad that most days she couldn’t get out of bed. The depression was so bad that she couldn’t even read a book because the depression had her in such a state that she couldn’t concentrate on what she was reading. Soon after ministry, she was getting up every day and taking care of her house (something that seldom happened before ministry). She actually started making supper most days. I ran into her and her husband one day a couple of months into ministry, and he thanked me for giving him his wife back. He was amazed at her progress and what God had done!

Only one word from the Holy Spirit can set someone free from years of emotional turmoil. I've seen it time and again where I say one "Holy Spirit" inspired word and the person receives instant freedom. This week the word was "horror". Just speaking it out and the Holy Spirit showed her this spirit over her and how to defeat it. Freedom came!

Although I see God doing amazing things all the time, I seldom post testimonies or ministry news on Facebook. The other day the Holy Spirit asked me why that was. I answered that it was because I felt that what God did was the person to whom it happened to story not mine. I was just a witness. Of course, the Holy Spirit had more to say (because we all know when He asks us a question, it is because He wants to reveal something to us). He showed me a few wrong beliefs in this thinking and then concluded by saying it was HIS story. In an attitude of repentance and heaing, I have decided to post testimonies here on my DeBalm page regularly. Here is my first one:

In Albany, NY, last year, I prayed for a gentleman who was in a car accident and have hurt his back and knees severely. He was in constant pain and could not sit, stand, or even lay comfortably. He was off work because of this. I prayed and released him from the memory of the accident and any spirit of trauma. I then asked him if he had any pain, and he said, "no". My faith-filled (NOT!) response was, "really?". He replied really. He was completely healed. He gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and left. I found out later that he saw a doctor after that and was back to work within two weeks. PRAISE GOD!

Anyone in the Erie area who would like to be trained in prayer ministry/counseling - De Balm Ministry is offering a ten-week first level course which will meet on Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m. starting June 6th in the Edinboro area.
