We are always so grateful for our volunteers! This group from The Cross | Urban Missions is a team of multi-generational volunteers who came to the Mission recently to prep walls for painting, cleaned windows, and organized the vault (our supply closet of items we give to our neighbors in need). They also ate at our public lunch with the community and learned more about the needs in Erie.

Big shoutout to the incredible group from The Cross- Urban Missions who are volunteering at various EUMA properties with our maintenance team this week! 🎉

We appreciate your work to clean the interior and exterior of EUMA program buildings dedicated to serving those in our community who are in experiencing a housing crisis. Together, we are taking vital steps to end homelessness in NWPA by making it rare, brief, and one-time, as Jesus would.

Today we sent out a small team to work with a local organization called “all gods children“ that works to provide better accessibility to our neighbors with disabilities. One of the Ramps is owned by a dear acquaintance of our pastor that also has a park named after this neighbor in this city! She has been a great advocate for accessibility!
