HOW OLD IS YOUR WILL?
Did you write your will when your children were born and now you’re empty nesters with the same will in place? If so, you are among countless others who need to update it. Our lives change, our financial circumstances change, our families grow, and we say goodbye to others in our family. You don’t have to rewrite your will, often times you just have to add an inexpensive addition or supplement to it. If you would like more information about leaving a legacy gift, contact Michele Brock at The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque at 563-552-0176 or [email protected].

Celebrating Our Parish Communities as We Journey Together
As we prepare to journey together as one pastorate, each parish will host a special liturgy to celebrate the gifts, traditions, and faith that have shaped our parish communities through the years. These liturgies will also offer an opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation to Fr. Garner and Fr. Jangill, as they prepare for their new assignments.
Come celebrate, remember, give thanks, and pray together as we continue forward as one pastorate community.

CELEBRATION SCHEDULE:
Sunday, June 14th at 9:00 AM Mass - St. Clement, Bankston
Sunday, June 14th at 9:00 AM Mass - St. John the Evangelist, Placid
Saturday, June 20th at 4:00 PM Mass - St. Joseph, Farley
Sunday, June 21st at 7:30 AM Mass - St. Patrick, Epworth
Sunday, June 21st at 9:00 AM Mass - St. John the Baptist, Peosta

Additional information about each liturgy will be shared in the coming weeks.

Virtues, EXPLAINED!
We see perfect obedience shown by Christ amidst his agony in the garden. His human will dreads what will come, but his divine will, which is never at odds with his human will, submits to the Truth: “Yet, not as I will, but as you will.” (Matthew 26:39)
