In John 16, we read Jesus saying, "It is better for you that I go away," but what does He mean by that? He then says, "if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send Him to you."

Beginning September 13, we'll be starting a brand new sermon series called "It Is Better! Understanding the Person in the Promise," where we'll be exploring the person and work of Holy Spirit. Together, we'll dive into the Word of God to better understand who Holy Spirit is, what He does, and how He empowers us to live as followers of Jesus.

Join us as we discover what it means to live in the promise of Jesus and grow in relationship with the One who dwells in us.

Hey Westgate family! This Sunday is our annual FAMILY DAY! We'll start the morning off with a family-friendly service with a message from Aaron House titled, "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand."

THEN, right after the service, we will celebrate baptisms and have a whole afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship. This day is for our entire church family, so whether you're single, married, have kids, grandkids, or even just spoil your pets, YOU BELONG HERE!
