Christians for thousands of years have agreed on some basic Christian beliefs, and one of the earliest belief-sets we have is the Apostle’s Creed. Amen.

Gathering since the 1980s and formally established in 1998, the PMA is a group of pastors from Enumclaw and Buckley who meet monthly for fellowship and prayer for our community. This creed serves as a statement of faith that unites the pastors and churches of the PMA. I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conce

ived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy Christian Church,
the communion of the saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.

"Blue Christmas" refers to a feeling of grief, sadness, or loneliness during the holidays. Traditionally held around the winter solstice (the longest night), these events provide a space for people to find comfort and hope, honoring grief, loss, and hardship.

Once a month, a group of local pastors (we call ourselves PMA) get together to pray for our communities of Enumclaw and Buckley. Today we gathered again, lifting up our towns, churches, and neighbors to God. 🙏

And hey, last month we prayed that the bridge would be fixed and open early... and guess what? It was completed ahead of schedule! 🙌 So if you’ve been driving across that bridge lately, you're riding on an answered prayer. 😄
