Calvary will be hosting another pop-up memory cafe! it will be on May 20 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. We will be doing this at the Buckley Senior Center. This is an opportunity for persons with memory conditions and caregivers to get together in an informal environment. The event is free and good coffee is a bonus!
The Buckley Senior Center is at 811 Main Street, Buckley.

Tonight at 7:00 p.m. will be the Maundy Thursday service. All are welcome to join us for this powerful and emotional service.

Calvary is hosting another pop-up memory cafe event on Wednesday, March 18 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The aim is to bring persons with cognitive issues such as Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers into a space where they can interact with others in the same situation.

"Pop in" and see what it is all about. There will be free coffee and snacks and opportunities to do some art projects.

A "Blue Christmas" acknowledges that the holiday season isn't joyful for everyone, offering a space for grief, loss (loved ones, jobs, health), loneliness, or stress, often held around the Winter Solstice (December 21st) as "The Longest Night" service, providing comfort, reflection, and community for those struggling amidst typical holiday cheer. We offer a space to come pray, light a candle, and keep vigil for the peace and hope that promises to never let us go. All are welcome to attend.
