Worshipping in Color: Somber Black
Fr. Julian wraps up our liturgical colors series with the rare color black, worn at Good Friday as a memento mori and especially as a way to show the darkness into which Jesus, the Light of the World, has gloriously shone. God bless!

I will be Jealous for my Holy Name
Fr. Julian preached this past Sunday on Ezekiel 39:21-29 and on the promise God makes that, though we may wonder whether He is there or whether He will win, His glorious victory and ours - has been announced in Jesus' Ascension and will be completed when He returns. God bless!

Worshipping in Color: Passion Red
Fr. Julian continues our series on liturgical colors with a look at red - the color of the blood of Jesus and the martyrs, and of the Holy Spirit who has descended in fiery flames and shown the passion the Lord has for us. God bless!

What a delight it was for St. Thomas to visit the Holy Sepulcher exhibit at the Kimbell Museum this past weekend! We don't want to spoil the whole exhibit, but here are a few beautiful gems from the Holy Sepulcher Church in Jerusalem, which marks the burial and resurrection site of our Saviour Jesus Christ. It is definitely worth a trip if you can make it before June 28th. God bless!

Just As Silver is Tried
Fr. Julian preached today on Psalm 66:1-11 and on the Lord who, like a silversmith, gives us an unknown strength and shapes us into a new and glorious shape, more beautiful even than silver. God bless!

"Ordinary" Green
Fr. Julian continues our series on liturgical colors with a look at the default color, green - ordinary only in the sense that it's a sign of the extraordinary gift God gives every Sunday. God bless!
