THE NUMBER FOR
CREATION :
When you see the number four in scripture, it is always connected to Gods creation, here are some
The
examples:
Every creature which is in heaven; 1. And on earth, 2. and under the earth 3. and such that are in the sea. 4. Revelation 5:13;
There is four living creatures, who represent the redeemed; kindred,1. People, 2. Tongue, 3. and nations. 4. Revelation 4:6-8;
John saw four angels, standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth. Revelation 7:1;
The river in the garden of Eden, parted into four directions, East, west, north and south.Genesis 2:10-14;
Ezekiel had a vision of four cherubim's, each had four faces, and four wings, they had the face of a man, 1. Lion 2. an ox, 3. and an eagle 4. Ezekiel 1:10-11;
There are four judgments, war, 1. Famine 2. Pestilence, 3. and earth quakes 4.
There are four world powers, that was revealed to Daniel, Babylon, 1. Medo Persia, 2. Greece 3. and Rome. 4. Daniel 2:31-33;
There are four portraits of Christ in the four gospels. Matthew reveals him as a king , demonstrating the kingdom of God. 1.
Mark reveals Jesus as a suffering servant. 2. Luke reveals Jesus as a perfect man. 3. ( the spotless Lamb ) and John reveals Jesus as the divine son of God. 4. ( God man, God in the flesh. )
Besides all of these examples, the number four can be seen in our natural circumstances, for example--- There are four regions; North, South, East, and West.
Four Elements; Earth, air, wind, and Fire.
Four Seasons; Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
Four kingdoms; Mineral, Vegetable, Animal, and Spiritual.
Four winds from four directions.
Four divisions of our day; mourning, noon, evening, and night.
Four phases of the moon; first Quarter, New Moon, last Quarter, and Full Moon.
When ever we see the number four in the Bible it is connected to Creation.
FOUR IS THE NUMBER FOR CREATION:
Other examples: in Romans chapter eight, the word creature is used four times in succession, the Greek definition for the word creature, is creation.
For the expectation of the creature 1. Waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.For the creature 2. was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope, because the creature 3. itself also shall be delivered from the bo***ge of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation 4. groans and travails in pain together until now. Romans 8:19-22;
The river that parts into four directions, West, east, north and south, is a type of the river of life going into all four corners of the earth. Genesis 2:8-10; John 8:37-38; Revelation 22:1;
Like wise, the brazen altar in Moses Tabernacle had four sides (it was four square ) with four rings, with four horns on the four corners. Two staves were placed in the four rings, so four Priest could carry it in their wilderness journeys, horns is a type of power, and strength, the brazen altar is a type of the cross. This is all a picture of Gods priesthood carrying the message of the cross, going into all four corners of the world.Exodus 27:1-7; 1Peter 2:5-9; Revelation 1:5; 5:10; The apostle Paul said--- For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation. Romans 1:16;
The new heaven and the new earth, has a four square city. Revelation 21:1; & 16;
On the first day of creation God says four things, 1. God said, 2. God saw, 3. God divided, and 4. God called. Genesis 1:1-5;
On the second day of creation, God says four things. 1. God said, 2. God made, 3. God set, and 4. God saw. Genesis 1:6-8;
On the fourth day God says four things, 1.God said, 2. God made, 3. God set, and 4. God saw.
And, on the seventh day, God says four things.1. God ended, 2. God rested, 3. God blessed,and 4. God sanctified .
Four Is Gods Number For Creation :
These four divine acts were performed on four of the seven days and was in relationship to man and his existence upon the earth.
The fourth commandment of the Ten Commandments is, " Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy " Exodus 20:8;
2Peter 3:8; says--- that one day is with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. It has been six thousands years from Adam until now, we are entering a time when all of Gods creation will rest in the finish work of Christ.

I mentioned above that the brazen Altar in Moses Tabernacle had four sides that were five cubits each, twenty cubits square,twenty is the Bible number for redemption.it also had four horns, and four rings, to place the staves so it could be Bourne upon the shoulders of the Priest, a type of Gods Priesthood taking the message of the cross into all four corners of the earth, one day all of Gods creation will hear the gospel, likewise, the Table Of Showbread had four corners with four rings, so four priest could bear it upon their shoulders. This is a type and a shadow, of the church taking the bread of life into all four corners of Gods creation. Exodus 25:23-28 and John chapter six.
The Ark of the covenant had had four rings, one on each of the four corners, one stave would go through two rings on one side, and another stave would go through the two rings on the other side; then four priest would bear the Ark on their shoulders, the Ark is where God always showed up, between the two cherubim on the mercy seat. Once again this is a picture of Gods priesthood taking the message of Jesus and his redemptive work into all four corners of the earth. Exodus 25:17-22;
The Ark of the covenant and the mercy seat is also a type of Gods throne, which pictures, Jesus as king of kings of all of Gods creation. Revelation 19:19; Colossians 1:12-19;
There were four covering, exodus 27:1-14;
There were four rows of stones in the breastplate of the high priest, Exodus 28:17-21; there was four coverings for the entrance, called the gate, that were four different colors, blue, purple, scarlet, ( red ) and white.
1. Blue,symbolizes Jesus as a God man, a heavenly man. The book of John reveals this.
2. Purple, symbolizes, Jesus as messiah, King, Royalty, the gospel of Matthew reveals this.
3. Scarlet,Symbolizes sin, and death,Jesus became sin and death, 2 Corinthians 5:21; the gospel of Mark reveals this.
4. White, white symbolizes, Jesus righteousness, and how he made the believer righteous in Christ. Revelation 19:8; The gospel of Luke reveals this. There were four animals that were used for sacrifice, in which we know are all types and shadows, of Jesus redemptive work, ( The Cross )and what that means to the believer, everything we have seen is pictures of Gods redemptive plan for all mankind, the number four in connection with this is Old Testament language, saying, that the message of the cross will reach all for corners of Gods creation. The cross will one day be the focal point of the church. Thus the number 4 is Gods number for creation.
