We had 29 guys this morning, brave the weather to come out for the last men’s breakfast of the season before we takeoff for the summer had some good food, good conversation and a good testimony from our friend James Yoder, who explained to us the importance of staying on track with your calling and stay on track with the words you hear from the Holy Spirit  in regards to your life and your walk with him

Be on the lookout for information concerning the next men’s retreat tentatively scheduled for the end of September. We will have much more information within the next couple of weeks as far as location and cost

Don’t forget guys tomorrow at 8:00 till 9:00 it’s our last men’s breakfast for this season we will pick back up in the fall. Pastor Brad said they are going to work on the insulation and sheet rock project afterwards if you can or would like to help out it would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey guys tomorrow morning at church they will have a portion of the front row in the parking lot across from the entrance set aside for motorcycle parking. They are raising awareness to the poker run being put on next weekend to raise money for the missions if you ride a bike, they would appreciate it if you would ride in the morning and park in the designated parking.

With that being said, please plan on attending the first annual mission poker run on May 30. Everybody’s welcome two wheels three wheels four wheels. It doesn’t matter. It’s all for a good cause you can bring your motorcycles, trikes Can-Am’s hot rods, classic cars or your grocery getter it makes no difference . We’re all there to have a good time and raise some money.

We are taught, or at least I was, that God knows everything about our lives from the end to the beginning. With that said he knows all the trials of each individual life before it happens in our time. In the midst of a tragedy there will be the opportunity to reveal your true core values and beliefs, you can either be a complainer or a constructor, a visionary or keep tunnel vision focus on the disaster.

A constructor with a vision will accept the trials and put their hands to work to build for the next generation to appreciate and use, then climb to their watchtower and look over it to assure it’s safety.

A young tree sometimes may have a mistaken identity because there has been no fruit to identify it by. Trees with good roots provide good fruit and it also goes the opposite way. Is the fruit you provide for others in your daily walk fruit from a deeply grounded root ball that can withstand a strong storm and still produce after the storm clears?

At 6:30pm, Fuel Discipleship Classes kick off, it’s your chance to dig deeper into God’s Word and grow in your walk with Him. If you’re married, our Ignite Marriage Ministry is the perfect midweek boost to strengthen your relationship with each other and with God.

Then at 7pm, the sanctuary lights up for Tidal Youth, a powerful night for students (6th–12th grade) to encounter God, build friendships, and have a blast doing it.

There’s something for everyone… so come be part of it this Wednesday!
