Edmund Clowney, a theologian once said,
"It is possible to know Bible stories, yet miss the Bible story."

Lots of people know the stories.
Adam and Eve. Noah and the ark. David and Goliath. Daniel in the lions' den. But if we're not careful, we can know the stories and still miss the Story.

The Bible is not primarily a collection of heroes for us to imitate or lessons for us to apply. It is one unfolding story of God's pursuit of humanity. From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture points us to Jesus...the One who creates, redeems, restores, and makes all things new.

Don't just read the Bible for what it tells you to do. Read it to discover what God has done, is doing, and promises to do through Christ.

Growing your faith is a wild journey.

It begins with reading the story that God wrote for you, but let’s be honest…cracking open the Bible can feel daunting, overwhelming, and confusing. Sometimes, we give up before we even start.

And sometimes, we’ve been reading it for years and still feel stuck.

It doesn't matter if you've been reading the Bible your entire life or you are starting for the first time today. These resources are for you.

You don’t need a Bible degree to read and understand Scripture. You just need a bit of training, some patience, and trust in the God who sees you and knows you.

So we want to give you two great starting points. Which one you choose first is up to you!

The Community Easter Egg Hunt was another success! Serving our community is the best part! Praying each person was encouraged!
