Ministry doesn’t always happen from a stage or behind a microphone. Sometimes it looks like sawdust, hard work, and willing hands.

This is one of our young adults, Creide, building planter boxes for our Craft Club ministry. We are so grateful to see him using his time, talents, and treasure to bless others and serve the Lord in practical ways.

The Church is strongest when every generation steps in and uses the gifts God has given them. Thank you, Creide, for serving with such a willing heart!

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace…” — 1 Peter 4:10

As Mother’s Day approaches, can we ask you to join us in praying for moms… all types of moms. 💐

Pray for the young moms running on little sleep and giving everything they have…

For the seasoned moms carrying years of wisdom and sacrifice…

For the grandmothers faithfully loving generations…

For the single moms carrying heavy loads with quiet strength…

For the foster moms, adoptive moms, and spiritual moms who nurture hearts with deep love…

For the women longing to become mothers…

For the moms grieving children they have lost…

For the children missing their mothers…

And for the women who mother others through kindness, encouragement, teaching, and presence.

Lord, we thank You for the gift of motherhood in all the ways it is lived out. Strengthen the weary. Comfort the grieving. Encourage the discouraged. Remind every woman today that she is seen, valued, and deeply loved by You.

May our church be a place where women are supported, honored, and cared for in every season of life.

“Her children arise and call her blessed…” — Proverbs 31:28

Today and every day we pray peace, strength, healing, and joy over every woman walking through this season. 🤍

Last Sunday, we continued our CULTIVATE series as we talked about pruning, holiness, and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Growth in Christ doesn’t happen by accident. Just like a healthy plant must be pruned to become more fruitful, God lovingly works in us to shape, refine, and strengthen us.

“Pruning is a sign of health, not failure.”

Sometimes the process is uncomfortable. Sometimes conviction, surrender, and discipline are painful. But God never wastes the cutting. He is cultivating something deeper in us — holiness, maturity, and spiritual fruit that reflects Jesus.

“If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.” — Galatians 5:25

We are praying that this series continues to challenge, encourage, and grow each one of us as we walk closely with the Lord. 🌿

As we prepare for our Ladies Tea tomorrow, our hearts are already turning to prayer. 💛

This event, “Resting in Jesus,” is more than a gathering—it’s an invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to meet with the Lord in a meaningful way. We are praying that every woman who walks through the doors would feel seen, known, and deeply loved by Him.

We are asking God to:
• Create an atmosphere of peace and rest
• Speak personally to each heart
• Strengthen friendships and build new connections
• Remind every woman that she can truly rest in Jesus

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…” – Isaiah 40:31

If you think of it today, would you join us in praying? We believe God is going to move in a beautiful way. 🌿✨

There is something special about gathering around a table.
Simple food. Honest conversation. Shared life.

Growth Groups aren’t about having everything together—they’re about growing together. Walking through life, Scripture, and seasons side by side.

Last time we met, it looked a lot like this…
Soup, bread, laughter, and meaningful connection.

If you’ve been looking for a place to belong, to grow deeper in your faith, and to build real relationships—this is it. 🤍

Growth isn’t always what we see—it’s often what’s happening beneath the surface.

Tomorrow at 9am, we continue our Cultivated series as we focus on being rooted and grounded in truth. God isn’t just after outward fruit—He’s after deep, lasting transformation. When our lives are anchored in His Word and led by the Holy Spirit, we become steady and unshaken.

So the question is:
Are we trying to grow outward without first growing downward?

How to prepare for tomorrow:
• Spend a few quiet minutes asking God to search your heart
• Read Galatians 5:25 and Colossians 2:6–7
• Come ready to listen and respond

Join us at 9am—we’d love to worship with you. 🌱

God at Work in Kenya

We recently gave an update on our Kenya ministry, and wanted to post that here for others to see.

We are so grateful to share an incredible update from our Kenya ministry—God is moving in powerful ways, and lives are being transformed every day!

Because of your faithful prayers and support:

72 students are now attending the Genesis to Grace School—many for the very first time—gaining hope, stability, and a future filled with opportunity.

Students are continuing their education through boarding schools and vocational training, building confidence and skills for life.

Families are finding new paths to sustainability through small businesses and support that creates long-term impact.

We’ve seen:
❤️ A single mother able to provide for her children through a small business
❤️ A young man, Oliver, given the tools to earn an income and pursue training for his future
❤️ Provision during drought to protect livelihoods and bring hope in difficult circumstances

And through it all, faithful leaders like Rose continue to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus—sharing the Gospel, loving people, and meeting needs daily.

Please continue to pray for the students, families, and leaders in Kenya.

Pray for continued provision, protection, and growth in this ministry.

Thank you for being part of what God is doing. Your partnership is making a real, lasting difference. 💛

If you feel led to support this ministry, you can give online or through the church and designate your gift to the Kenya Ministry.
