we lift up all the children across Elmira, New York, and the surrounding communities as they prepare to walk through the school doors for a brand-new academic year tomorrow.Please wrap your arms of protection around every student, teacher, bus driver, and administrator in the Twin Tiers region. We ask that you grant our children peace to calm any night-before nerves, clarity of mind to absorb new knowledge, and a spirit of kindness to build strong, uplifting friendships. May their classrooms be safe havens of discovery, and may this year be filled with growth, joy, and resilience. We place their tomorrow completely in Your hands.

Heavenly Father,
thank You for bringing me safely to the end of another week. Your mercies are new every morning, and Your faithfulness never fails. As I go through this Friday, help me to stay centered and present. Give me the focus to finish my work with excellence, the patience to handle frustrations, and the grace to love the people around me. I place this day into Your hands. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for bringing me safely to the first day of this new month. As I step into September, I praise You for Your unchanging greatness, holiness, and the perfect plan You have for my life.
Lord, I surrender this entire month to You. I ask that You guide my steps, grant me wisdom for every decision, and let Your peace rule in my heart. Give me a heart of humility today to put others before myself and to shine Your light through kindness.
I place my work, my family, my dreams, and any burdens I carry into Your capable hands. Shield us from harm, open doors of opportunity, and remind us daily that Your presence goes before us. Let this be a month of breakthrough, fresh starts, and deep spiritual growth.
In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray.
