Last Saturday, June 13, St. Peter's Mission Team was out at the local Jewel collecting food for United Community Concerns. They collected over 1,000 food items! Thank You to the community for helping us feed families in Elmhurst. And Thank You to our Mission Team who coordinated the event!

The rain may have kept the children indoors but that didn't stop us from having fun on our third evening of VBS! The songs we are learning are coming together. We made suncatchers from glue and glitter. The children chose which animal they'd like to adopt at Brookfield Zoo, which is the VBS mission project. (We're almost there and you can still donate!) We ate some chicken nuggets and overall had a fabulous evening!
