May this orchestrated pause in our routines lead to newer, renewed, and healthier relationships with prayer in our daily lives

This week, Thursday, May 7th is National Day of Prayer.

Our sanctuary will be open starting at 6 pm. During this time, all are welcome to come and pray either on your own or to be prayed for, and to join our Pastor who will be going through scripture readings and leading prayers throughout the evening.

Feel free to come and go as needed or as you feel led.

This past Sunday was Palm Sunday, and we had a wonderful time of worship that enabled our students to get extra engaged!

We had a wonderful time hosting last night's Awakening Service for our Conference! It was a beautiful time of worship, prayer, and connecting with one another.

For many of us our phones, watches, and electric clocks automatically adjust for us, but don't forget that Daylight Savings starts tonight/early this morning! And don't forget to fix that battery operated clock in the kitchen or your car clock 😉

"Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow." Psalm 51:7 (NIV)

Looking outside this morning, this verse came to mind. Rather than complaining about "more snow," think about the beauty, the cleanliness, and the imperfections that are covered by the snow. In the same way, when we are forgiven our sins are washed clean, they are covered over, and we are made beautiful in Christ.
