Good morning church,

Out of an abundance of caution, members of church leadership have decided to cancel all Sunday morning activities.

While current conditions do make it appear possible to safely get to church, all indications show a dramatic increase in snowfall coming in the next several hours and our concern then turned to whether we could get everyone safely home.

Stay warm. Stay safe. No need to put anyone into an unnecessary risk. Please consider watching an online service, either from our archives or any number of churches still streaming this morning l across the country!

Church leadership continues to monitor the upcoming snow storm and its impact on Sunday morning worship.

We’d like to remind you regardless of decisions around the worship service, please use your best judgment and discretion on your ability to safely attend. We are obviously praying that this is an overblown forecast and we will gather for worship enjoying another “that’s just Ohio weather” moment.

However, please keep alert for notifications. The timing of this storm could lead to conditions getting increasingly worse as people would be making their way to and from church, and we do not desire to put any of our members in unnecessary danger.

With the changing weather forecasts for this weekend, we again wish to remind you that in the event of:

A Level One Snow Emergency: All Sunday Morning services and classes continue as normal, use your best judgment

A Level Two Snow Emergency: Church service at 10:00 AM, all other activities including Branching Out are canceled.

A Level Three Snow Emergency: All church events and services canceled.

Stay safe, enjoy the snow to the best of your ability, take care of your neighbors if you are able! God bless!
