We gathered for a meaningful Joint Outdoor Holy Eucharist with the Korean Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Virginia. Surrounded by the beauty of God‘s creation, it was a grace-filled time for our congregations to come together as one body, sharing the Holy Eucharist and enjoying deep fellowship and joy. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this worship so special.

Today, we celebrated the Holy Baptism of Ihan at St. John's. It was a truly meaningful occasion to welcome a new member into the household of God on this glorious Easter Sunday. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our rector, the Rev. Derek H. Miller, for officiating this beautiful service. Congratulations to Ihan and his family.

The Korean Convocation of Asiamerica Ministries invites Korean American clergy and lay people from across the Episcopal Church to save the date for a gathering on June 26–27, 2026 for a conversation dedicated to exploring Korean American identity and Episcopal identity together. This will be a meaningful opportunity to come to the table with fellow Korean American Episcopalians, to share stories shaped by diaspora and faith, and to ask together what it means to be Korean, American, and Episcopalian in this particular moment in the life of the church. The convocation will be held on Zoom, with Korean language translation available, so that all may participate fully in the language they are comfortable in. We will make space for honest conversation, mutual encouragement, and prayerful discernment about who we are and what God is calling us toward as a community within the broader Episcopal family. More details about registration will follow, but for now — mark your calendars, spread the word among your congregations and networks, and begin to hold this time. Your voice, your story, and your presence matter deeply to this gathering.
