Merry Christmas everyone!
We are thrilled to invite you to our Christmas Eve service on December 24th at 7PM! As our first year as an independent Methodist Church, we are blessed to have Sean Hurm presiding as our first pastor! We will have special music by our choir, scripture readings, and Christmas Carols to sing!
The next Sunday service on 12/28 at 11AM will have a Christmas Carol hymn sing, where you can select your favorite carols to sing.
Our hat, scarf, and glove tree is up and we'll be collecting for children in the area.
Wishing you all a very blessed Christmas, and hope you can come to help us welcome our Savior into our hearts and to the World!

Unfortunately due to the road conditions this morning, we will not be holding church service today. However we will resume next week, weather pending. Also, please be on the lookout for our Christmas Eve Service information forthcoming. We can’t wait to see you all and celebrate the reason for the season, the birth of our lord Jesus Christ! Hello Friends,
It is that exciting time of year again when we welcome Fall by celebrating our annual Cherry Hill Homecoming! A celebration of both the incredible history of our beautiful church and the beginning of our exciting future! Please join us this Sunday October 19th, 2025 at 11a.m. at 33 Elk Mills Road, Elkton MD 21921. We are very pleased to have our own Pastor Hurm speaking and our traditional covered dish supper taking place directly after the service at the Harlan House located behind the church in the adjoining parking lot. Please feel free to bring a favorite potluck dish to add to the refreshments! Come enjoy the fellowship and festivities while we celebrate our wonderful congregation and church. We can't wait to see you all there!

•Gospel music by the Cordill Family
•Desserts & fellowship under the carriage shed

Thanks to your support, the Chapel’s exterior has been freshly painted. Our next goal is to fund interior painting.

As we enter into another beautiful Fall, we would like to welcome you all to our Cherry Hill Bible Study which takes place at 10 a.m. every Friday morning at the Harlan House. We would also like to send a brief reminder that the Paris Foundation offerings are being collected for distribution on Monday, October 13th. All help is appreciated! We are also looking forward with great anticipation to the upcoming Big Elk and Cherry Hill Homecomings. More details to follow!

Hello Friends!
We have some very exciting news, we would like to invite you all to join us on June 1st at 11a.m. here at Cherry Hill Church to celebrate the ordination of Pastor Sean Hurm!
There are times when the Lord's works can be mysterious, but in this case His purpose is clear, He brought us Pastor Hurm exactly when we needed him most. It feels as if he has always been a part of our Cherry Hill family, and yet his joining the church stands as the beginning of our new and exciting chapter!
Please join us for the Ordination and the luncheon to follow at the Harlan house directly after the service.
As is our Methodist tradition, it will be in the "covered dish supper" style, so please feel free to bring a dish or a dessert! We are looking forward to celebrating with you all and welcoming Sean Hurm as our newest pastor and friend!

Seasons Greetings Friends!
We are so pleased to invite you all to our upcoming 2024 Christmas Eve service, which will take place on December 24th at 7pm. Our own Pastor Hurm will be preaching the joyous message and we are grateful to have special music by Jack Foreaker and our Cherry Hill Choir. Also, a reminder that our hat, glove and scarf donation tree is up and we will be collecting for children in the area. Let's work together to spread the cheer and share our generosity to those in need this season!
