On December 27, 1970, what was called The Elkton Baptist Chapel organized and became what is known today as, The Calvary Baptist Church. In September of 1973, we moved into our present site at 611 S. Calvary Baptist Church is indeed a people who believe that our God deserves all praise. Our goal is not only to know Jesus, but to make Jesus known in our community, in our state and in our world. hough not the largest church in our tow, we do believe that we are "small enough to know you, yet large enough to serve you." We invite you to join us at Calvary Baptist where God's Word is preached without fear or favor, where loving people is our objective and where exalting Jesus in song and in service is our desire.
