This week reminded me of something I hope I never forget.

Kids are hungry to know Jesus.

They asked thoughtful questions. They sang at the top of their lungs (they broke out in an impromptu performance singing “We got dust on our Bibles, brand new iPhones, no wonder why we feel this way”) They listened to Bible stories with wide eyes.

They prayed boldly. They laughed, played, and reminded all of us that faith doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be lived.

If your child came to VBS this week, don't let this be the end of the story. This once a year event is only a small part.

Join us tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM as our VBS kids help lead worship by singing the song they've been learning all week. I promise it'll put a smile on your face.
After church, we'll celebrate an incredible week with a Water Day! 💦

Don't forget to bring:• Swimsuit• Towel• A change of clothes

Watching these kids worship this week has been one of my favorite parts of VBS. I can't wait to hear them fill the church with their voices one more time.
See you tomorrow at 10:00!

Thursday was a spectacular day at VBS! These kids are having a blast!🎉🙏

VBS Illumination Station Day 1 is in the books!! What a day it was🎉 Our volunteers work so well together (I feel like we are mastering the teamwork) & everyone had so much fun.

We learned about who Jesus is. We made flashlight crafts & shrinky dinks in Crafts. We learned the most fun songs & played super fun games at Music. We made glow bouncy eggs & observed scorpions under the blacklight in Science. We had amazing time playing games outside at Recreation. And of course we had great snacks like string cheese, animal crackers, fruit snacks & watermelon at Snack.

Tomorrow we will be painting the white t-shirts that all of the kids brought with our hands (80+ kids with paint hands🫪). So watch for those pictures because Crafts is going to be a very fun & messy place tomorrow!😂 It’s not too late to join us (but make sure you bring a white t-shirt if you come tomorrow)!
