One Hope Covenant Church was planted in 2017 in Elkins, WV. We are a small congregation striving to serve and love our community the best we can. Our hope is to be a church that honors Jesus in word and deed. As we read the sermon on the mount, we recognize our call to be salt and light in the world. We are to be kind, compassionate, and empathetic. We also belie

ve we are called to love mercy, do justly, and walk humbly for the glory of God (Micah 6:8). We recognize that God, through His Son Jesus, has opened the door for creation to be reconciled back to a right relationship with Him. All are welcomed to the table. Come as you are and watch Jesus work and the Holy Spirit move in your life. Sundays 10:30am in the Phil Gainer Community Center.

🙌 Worship Wednesday!

This week, we focus on the practice of solitude! When Jesus desired to pray or connect with the Father, He often retreated to be by Himself; whether it was in the wilderness, on mountaintops, or in the Garden. Christ demonstrated the importance of remaining still and finding peace, and He invites us to incorporate this practice into our lives!
