Our First Annual Stone Mountain Cooperative Parish gathering at the Stone Mountain Hemlock Shelter this Sunday was a big success! Despite the thunderstorms, more than eighty people gathered from Charity, Ebenezer, Maple Springs, and White Rock United Methodist Churches with guests. Everyone enjoyed inspiring worship with Communion, loving fellowship, great food, and wonderful music provided by Crabgrass Blue Grass Band….and good time was had by all!!!

This Sunday marks an exciting new chapter for Charity United Methodist Church as we begin worshiping at our new time 10:30 AM.
This change is part of our growing partnership in the Cooperative Parish of the greater Elkin area, allowing our local churches to support one another, share in ministry, and strengthen our witness throughout our community. While our worship time is changing, our heart remains the same. We are a welcoming church where everyone can grow in faith, experience God‘s love, and find a place to belong.
We’re excited about the opportunities this new season will bring, and we would love for you to be a part of it!
