Sometimes the best reminder of why we do camp comes straight from our campers. ❤️

When asked, “In what ways have you felt WAKCL (Welcomed, Accepted, Known, Celebrated, Loved)?” this summer, their answers reminded us that the little things really do matter. And when asked how much they want to return to camp…well, let’s just say they made their answer very clear. 🥹💚

We are so grateful for a summer filled with moments where campers felt WAKCL and we can’t wait to welcome them back! ⛺️✨

A new school year is just around the corner (or may have already started!)

Today, we’re praying over students, teachers, and all the backpacks that will be carried into classrooms this year. May each backpack be a reminder that God’s love goes with us wherever we go and that we are surrounded by a community that supports, encourages, and cares for us.

Our 2026 Quilt Auction raised an incredible $75,953.48 for Lutherdale! 🧵❤️

That’s our highest Quilt Auction total ever, and we are absolutely blown away by the generosity of this community.

Every quilt donated, every bid placed, every volunteer hour, and every person who showed up helped make this possible.

And most importantly, these dollars help make Lutherdale a place where people are Welcomed, Accepted, Known, Celebrated, and Loved.
