The work is much bigger than we are so the gifts are so much they are surprising, because they have to be! We can’t do this on our own! That’s why He put a new heart in us, to invigorate our work and enliven our speech! It is humbling but the time is short so take a firm stand, feet on the ground, head held high. Keep a tight grip on what you were taught, now let’s go to work!

Both Physical and Supernatural

Spirit of God, thank you for the wisdom you speak into the battlefields of this world. Often spiritual battles play out in both the spiritual and physical realms. May I never forget that they are connected. In your Word, you remind us that we do not battle against flesh and blood but against the principalities and powers of this world.

As an intercessor, I can pray strategic prayers as I watch from the high place, releasing the power of God to physical situations. I know that everyone’s role in the battle is as significant and crucial as the other for ultimate victory. When I feel helpless against the circumstances of this life, set me in a high place where I may see from a clearer vantage point. And I will pray your victory over the weak ones who call on your name. I know that with you is ultimate triumph, and I won’t stop interceding until I see a breakthrough and the battle has been won. Give me persistence for the battles for which you let me stand in the gap. I will not rush ahead in my own strength, but I will lean on you in obedience and surrender.

I am true wisdom.

Do not be intimidated by those who consider themselves to be wise, for they are fools. Those who scorn my wisdom will be seen as pretenders who must forsake their ways. I offer them a drink of the pure waters of truth and wisdom, if only they will come into my sanctuary.

Many times, you have backed down from those who seem to be wise, but now I call you to speak with my words of truth, wisdom, and love. Right now, with you here in my presence, I will reveal myself to you as true wisdom. My ways and thoughts will be understood as you yield to my Spirit. I will teach you with knowledge that comes from eternity. I will give you the secrets stored up for those who fear me and delight in me. Wisdom from above will enter your heart, and a deep fountain of truth will be opened inside of you. You will be amazed by what I reveal to you and how I use you in the coming days. Sit with me. Listen to my voice. Know my heart, and your heart will be filled with my words.

We can let others irritate us or we can learn from them. When I was grumbling about a neighbor not taking care of something, my friend looked at me and said, It obviously bothers you more than it does him! 😬
When people are different from us, do we judge them or learn from them? Do we give them slack to be different from us or think they should be the same? Loving people means accepting them for who they are and maybe then learning from them why. Only then can we truly be a benefit to others.

Every morning when you wake up , you should declare ,” Something good is going to happen to me today .” You have to set the tone at the beginning of each day . Then all throughout your day , you should have an attitude of expectancy . Your expectation is your faith at work . Expect God’s blessings !
The Word says that the darker the
world gets , the brighter it’s going to be for God’s people .
Be encouraged - the worse the world gets , the brighter you’re going to shine !
Be determined to set the tone for your day by praising God and speaking words of faith over your future ! Be determined to shine and stand strong ! Amen!

True Life will Satisfy

“He answered, “The Scriptures say: Bread alone will not satisfy, but true life is found in every word that constantly goes forth from God’s mouth.””

Many spend years trying to find what will satisfy and until they find the true life in Jesus they always come up short. Money, education, travel, family, all have a certain level of satisfaction but it doesn’t last. Only the true life of God from His Word will give deep lasting satisfaction. It is easy to get sidetracked by these other things, but consistently feeding on the Bread of Life will bring the true satisfaction you crave down deep. Spend time with Him today.

More Grace

“But he continues to pour out more and more grace upon us. For it says, “God resists you when you are proud but continually pours out grace when you are humble.””

When we are in pride thinking it is all about us it is difficult for God to get through to us. But when we humble ourselves before Him, He can give us more grace! In pride we rely on ourselves but in humility we rely on Him. Then He can give us more grace to lift us higher than we could ever have reached on our own!
