Serve One continues to keep the promise of serving others. This year has been a tough one for Haiti, but through it all the light of hope still shines! For the 2023-2024 school year, Serve One provided the salaries for three preschool teachers in a remote village in the mountains above Kenscoff. There were 45 students in the three preschool classes this year. Check out the video of one of the classes singing on the last day of the year.

You can “Serve One” in the 2024-2025 school year by making a one-time or monthly donation toward teacher salaries. Please visit our website and click on “Donate” in the top right corner. Then send us a message to let us know your donation is for the preschool. https://serveonehaiti.org/

The food distribution in Okade this week went well. Unfortunately we didn’t raise as much money as we hoped, but we were able to give out over 100 packs of rice and oil. All the recipients were very grateful! A special thank you to those who gave to this project!!

❤️This Valentine’s Day show a little love to Haiti! 🇭🇹
The end of 2019 was especially challenging in Haiti due to weeks-long protesting and rising inflation rates. Serve One would like to show a little love this Valentine’s Day with a food distribution in a Haitian village outside of Ft. Jacques. Our goal is raise enough money by February 14th to provide three mamit* of rice and a bottle of oil to 200 families.
There’s no better way to say “I love you” this Valentine’s Day than making a donation to Serve One. ❤️ https://serveonehaiti.org/Donate/
*A “mamit” is a unit of measurement in the open air markets of Haiti. It’s a #10 can and holds about 12.75 cups of rice. Three mamit would be about 16 pounds of rice. 🍚

We have big dreams for the rural and remote villages of Haiti. Some day we hope to offer consistent medical care through a medical clinic, a comprehensive maternity program, primary school education, a trade school that offers several types of job training, and discipleship opportunities for all ages.

In this first phase of ministry, we are focused on providing medical care through mobile clinics. We plan to purchase a vehicle that can handle the rough roads in rural mountain areas, and then stock it with the supplies necessary to operate a clinic out of it. Renting a vehicle is always the most expensive line item for our clinics, and you never know what you will get when you rent a vehicle. Owning a solid 4x4 truck will allow us the peace of mind that we will be able to get our doctors to the villages safely and do the work God has called us to do.

Phase 1 Financial Goal: is to raise $50,000 to purchase this vehicle.
you can can easily do so through our website through the link below and follow the instructions on the website
