Last night, I (Chrystal Villela) had the opportunity to share a piece of my story at the Overdose Awareness event at Upper Room. 💜

An overdose impacted my life 26 years ago, and for the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping men and women find freedom and hope.

Sometimes our greatest pain becomes part of our purpose.

Every story is different. This is a piece of mine. 💜

On August 22, 2026, Apostle Joshua shared a deeply personal part of his testimony at Come to Jesus Night.

God took what once wounded him and turned it into purpose a heart that fights for family, for the broken, for the rejected, and for those who feel forgotten. Now he can tell the story without being bound by the pain of the story.
