Happy Sunday. Today we started a study on Joseph son of Jacob. We began by looking at his parents (Jacob and Rachel) history Genisus 29. Jacob being tricked into marrying Leah after working for her father for 7 years under the understanding he would receive Rachel as his wife. Then working another 7 years for Rachel. For the next few years having 10 older brothers born to women not his mom who Jacob loved. Talk about a blended family. Next week we look into the part of his brothers selling him into slavery.

This is a story of God providing for his people Gen 37 next week

With Easter fast approaching I’m reminded even more how much my Lord suffered for me. How he was born of a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose again the third day. All for you and me. John 3:16.
