Living Faith Baptist Fellowship Some of us are Republicans, some of us are Democrats, some of us are neither. We come form many different backgrounds, family situations, and education levels.

Our Mission

The mission of Living Faith is to encourage Christlikeness in each other as we seek to share the good news of God’s love in Jesus Christ with people of all cultures. We believe God calls us to be One in Christ. What we Believe

We believe that each person is created after God’s own image. So, with the help of Jesus Christ, each person is able to approach God and read the Bible for the

m selves. Each one of us is called to caring for one another and our neighbors. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord of our lives and Head of our church. So, we make church decisions together by seeking to know what Christ would have for us to do and to be. When deciding who will serve in leadership roles we consider how we are unique gifted with talents and do not consider gender, race, or social status as barriers to leadership and service. The Bible is the record of God’s love for us and is our central guide for our faith. We believe the best way to do God’s will in God’s world is to partner with all kinds of people and to keep church and state separate. If you do not already have a church home, we would love for you to join us. Living Faith has ministries available for the entire family. We would welcome the opportunity to get to know you and include you in some of the ways we serve our community. Come and be our guest this this Sunday!

Attention Living Faith Youth & Families!!!

On Wednesday, October 14, we’re excited to welcome April from Faithways Leadership Academy at Georgetown College to spend the evening with our 5th-12th grade students!

Faithways Leadership Academy helps high school students explore the connection between faith, leadership, and making a difference in the world around them. April will spend some time with our whole youth group sharing about Faithways, leadership, and what it can look like to live out your faith in meaningful ways.

For our 9th-12th graders, she’ll also share more about the opportunity to apply to Faithways Leadership Academy at Georgetown College and what students can expect from the program.

Wednesday, October 14 (During BLAST; other BLAST groups will meet as well)
Dinner: 5:30-5:50 PM
Youth: 5:50–7:00 PM
Grades 5–12

We’re looking forward to having April with us and introducing our students to another way they can grow in their faith, discover their gifts, and see how God might use them to make a difference!
