We're continuing to pray for everyone affected in Texas and Louisiana. So many experienced the damage caused by Hurricane Laura, and our churches are working together to meet the needs of our communities. For updated information on what the Texas Annual Conference is doing, and to find ways to help, as well as resources for those in need, go to https://www.txcumc.org/texasrecovers.

06/20/2020

Tomorrow we will meet in person! We hope you'll join us!
Please make note of the following:

--If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have had any symptoms of Covid-19 (Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea) please do not attend for 14 days.
--Masks are strongly recommended. There are cloth masks at the church.
--We have a limited amount of hand sanitizer. If you have some to share - please bring it :)
--We will be maintaining social distancing.
--Pews will be marked off - do not sit in those pews. Please spread out in the pews so there is adequate space between families.
--We will not be having coffee/donut/fellowship time. The fellowship area will be closed off.
--You will enter through the doors that will already be opened so that you will not be touching the doorknobs.
--Come into the sanctuary only and find your seat.
--We will not be having bulletins during this time.
--Handshaking and hugs are not recommended.
--The service will be shorter than we are used to.
--If there are children they will stay with their parents or grandparents during the service.
Bathrooms will be open, but we ask that everyone keeps proper hygiene and washes hands for 20 seconds.
--There will be no singing. We will have songs playing, but we ask that you do not sing along. This spreads a lot of germs.
--There will be no hymnals/bibles/pencils in the pews. We ask that you bring your own bible to church with you.
--Communion will be done with individual cups at your seats. You may pick up one on your way to your pew.
--Offering plates will not be passed. As you exit the building, there will be a table in the back of the sanctuary with a place for you to drop your tithes.
--When the service is over, you will be directed to leave, pew by pew. Fellowship may happen outside of the building at your own discretion.
