Let’s go on “Summer Vacation” together each Sunday in June, July, and August!

Road Trip
Sundays, June 7-28
During June, our theme will be “Road Trip.” Each week we will focus on a text that features travel on a road or takes followers on a journey. On June 28, we welcome guest preacher Milt Stoltzfus, Spiritual Nurture and Community Life Advisor at Friendship Community.

Sometimes it's hard to know what we should do in life. However, at least for me, when I have a goal in mind, I want to make good progress toward it. Whether I'm looking forward to the trip or just want to arrive at my destination, warning lights or roadblocks are more than minor distractions. In the Bible, Balaam knew something about barriers in his journey. When our way forward isn't clear, what are our options? Perhaps, if we aren't too stubborn, we may see help from unexpected sources.

If you're a regular attender or not, all are welcome, near and far. Join Etown CoB for worship in-person or via live stream today (Sunday) at 10:30 am EST.

Welcome to “Summer Vacation”! During our worship series in June, July, and August, we will be “traveling” together, and this month we are taking some “road trips.” Our first stop is the road to Damascus, where Saul is confronted with the voice and presence of Jesus. His life - and his name - is changed. We will explore these unexpected events and their effect on Saul/Paul’s journey … and maybe also our own.

If you're a regular attender or not, all are welcome, near and far. Join Etown CoB for worship in-person or via live stream today (Sunday) at 10:30 am EST.

Sermon Series: Many Gifts, Same Spirit
Sundays, April 12 through May 31 at 10:30 am
Etown CoB Sanctuary and Livestream

Each person has been gifted with a special blend of strengths and talents and passions, a unique human creation living out the holy work of the Spirit. What are your gifts? And how might we each find the ways that we are specially called to use them for the work of the church and our witness in the world? We will spend eight weeks in April and May exploring the wide variety of spiritual gifts, how these gifts can expand in beloved community, and the power of the Spirit’s work in and through us beyond the walls of Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren. Join us for Sunday morning worship services to discern how your gifts might lead you into greater connection and belonging in our faith community.

If you're a regular attender or not, all are welcome, near and far. Join Etown CoB for worship in-person or via live stream today (Sunday) at 10:30 am EST.

This Sunday is a significant day in the life of the congregation as we welcome two new members through baptism. In addition to being a special moment for these new members, baptism provides an opportunity for all of us to consider our discipleship and revisit our own commitment as followers of Jesus. It is fitting that as we conclude our sermon series "Many Gifts, Same Spirit," we look to 1 Corinthians 13. This passage offers us insight into the universal spiritual gift, love. Join us on Sunday as we explore love, the most powerful force in the universe.

If you're a regular attender or not, all are welcome, near and far. Join Etown CoB for worship in-person or via live stream today (Sunday) at 10:30 am EST.
