🏔️⛳ CALVARY STUDENT MINISTRY ⛳🏔️

Tonight, we kicked off our Faith in the Mountains summer series, with a simple but important question:

❓Why do you believe what you believe?

We talked about how faith cannot remain borrowed forever. At some point, each of us must move beyond believing simply because our parents, church, or friends believe and begin asking, “What do I believe, and why do I believe it?”

The good news is that God is not afraid of our questions. In fact, throughout Scripture, we see that God invites us to seek Him, know Him, and trust Him for ourselves.

As we continue our Faith in the Mountains summer series, we’re reminded that life has both mountaintop moments and valley moments. Through it all, God remains faithful, and He wants our faith to be firmly rooted in Him.

⛳ Next Wednesday, we’re heading to the driving range as we dive into Lesson 2:

❓Does God Really Exist?

When we see a golf club, we know someone designed it. When we see a golf ball, we know someone made it. Design points to a designer.

We’ll explore how God’s fingerprints can be seen all around us—from the smallest details of creation to the greatest mountains—and why faith isn’t blind, but rooted in truth.⛰️

Scripture of the Day

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You.” ~Isaiah 26:3

In a world filled with noise, uncertainty, and distractions, God offers something the world cannot give—perfect peace.

That peace isn’t found when everything around us is calm. It is found when our hearts and minds are fixed on Christ. He remains faithful, steady, and unchanging no matter what we face.

Today, take a moment to pause, pray, and place your thoughts on Him. His peace is greater than your worries, stronger than your fears, and sufficient for whatever today may bring.

☀️ Good morning, Calvary family!

What a comforting reminder for today:

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You.” ~Isaiah 26:3

Peace isn’t found in having all the answers or living a trouble-free life. True peace comes from fixing our hearts and minds on Jesus, trusting Him even when life feels uncertain.

No matter what today holds, God is faithful. He is our steady anchor in every storm and our source of perfect peace.

Take a moment today to pause, pray, and rest in His presence.

🪺Nest Update🪺

❤️ Did you know that through The Nest ministry, Calvary Baptist Church has served more than 200 families through over 425 distribution appointments during the past year? And friends, God is working in hearts!🙌🏼❤️

What began as a desire to meet practical needs has become so much more than diapers and pull-ups. Every distribution day brings opportunities to pray with families, encourage weary parents, celebrate victories, listen to burdens, and remind people that they are deeply loved by Jesus.

Because of your faithful generosity, we’ve been able to provide not only diapers, pull-ups, wipes, formula, baby food, clothing, shoes, and baby/toddler gear—but also something even more important: the hope found in God’s Word. 📖❤️

We are currently giving away Bibles, devotion books, children’s Bibles, and Bible story books to our Nest families. If you have any of these resources that you would like to donate, we would be honored to place them into the hands of families who are eager to learn more about Jesus.

We also continue to see a steady need for:
👕 Clothing (newborn through adult sizes)
👟 Shoes
🍼 Formula
🥣 Baby food
🚼 Baby and toddler gear

Many of our Nest families have shared that they have rarely experienced kindness from others. They are often amazed that complete strangers would care enough to help them, pray for them, and encourage them.

Church family, please know this…through your kindness, they are experiencing the kindness and love of Jesus. Every diaper. Every outfit. Every Bible. Every prayer. Every conversation matters.🙏🏼

Our next Distribution Day will be Friday, June 26th. If you would like to help, we have a place for you! Whether serving during appointments, helping organize donations, or simply being available to encourage families, your involvement can make a lasting difference.❤️

🏔️🌲 CALVARY STUDENT MINISTRY • SUMMER 2026 🌲🏔️

Y’all, life is full of mountains and valleys. There are moments when we feel close to God, full of joy, confidence, and purpose. There are also seasons that are harder—times of struggle, uncertainty, disappointment, and questions. The good news? God is with us in both.🙌🏼

This summer, we’ll journey together through Faith in the Mountains as we discover what it means to follow Christ through every season of life. Whether we’re standing on a mountaintop or walking through a valley, we can trust the One who never leaves us and never forsakes us. ⛰️

Good morning, Calvary Family! ☀️

What a blessing it is to wake up to the reminder that God’s mercies are new every morning.

No matter what yesterday held—victories or struggles, joy or heartache—our faithful God meets us today with fresh grace, renewed strength, and unwavering love.

“His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” ~Lamentations 3:22-23

Take a moment today to thank Him for His faithfulness and trust Him with whatever lies ahead. He is still at work, and He is still worthy of our praise.
