Not every offer that looks good is meant for your good.

In “A Poisonous Offer,” Pastor Pierrot F. Dalzon, Assistant Pastor, teaches from 1 Samuel 18:17–30 about King Saul’s deceptive offer to David. What appeared to be an opportunity and a blessing was actually hiding dangerous intentions.

This message reminds us of the importance of spiritual discernment. We must seek God’s wisdom, look beyond appearances, and trust Him to guide us when we cannot see what may be happening behind the scenes.

In the busyness of life, it’s easy to become distracted by many responsibilities. Yet Jesus reminds us that our greatest priority is to spend time in His presence.

🎉 2026 Vacation Bible School Highlights 📖✨

What an incredible week we had at Bethany Community Church’s 2026 Vacation Bible School! Our hearts are full as we reflect on the many lives that were touched through God’s Word, joyful worship, engaging Bible lessons, exciting activities, creative crafts, games, music, and wonderful fellowship.

It was a blessing to watch children and adults grow in their faith, build new friendships, and learn more about God’s amazing love in a fun and encouraging environment.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers, teachers, ministry leaders, parents, and everyone who helped make this year’s VBS such a success. Your love, service, and commitment made a lasting impact on every child who attended.

Enjoy these special highlights from an unforgettable week. We give God all the glory for what He has done!
