First Baptist Church of Elizabeth City A Beacon of Hope in the Harbor of Hospitality We are a Baptist Church located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

We are partnered with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of NC. We are a very loving community that welcomes all just as Christ Jesus has welcomed us. We strive to make sure everyone in our community will hear, see, and experience the love God has for them! We believe in loving God, and loving the things God loves. Our goal is to be a "beacon of hope in the harbor of hospitality."

September is “Loving Our Neighbors”Month at First Baptist! ❤️

Throughout this month, we’re being intentional about looking beyond the walls of our church and finding simple ways to show the kindness, compassion and love of Christ to the people around us.

And Sunday, September 13, is Bring One Sunday! 🙌

We’re asking everyone to think of ONE person you can invite to come with you… a friend, neighbor, coworker, family member, or someone who hasn’t been to church in a while.

And if you’re the one who hasn’t been in a while, or maybe you’ve never visited First Baptist… consider this your invitation. ❤️
