Elida Immanuel Church partners with Family Promise of Northwestern Ohio! Here are some important updates.
Family Promise NWO is facing record-breaking demand as more local families seek safe shelter and emergency assistance. As of October 1, thirty families (120 individuals, including 68 children) were staying in shelter. This year, FP of NWO has helped more than 140 families (454 individuals, including 231 children) through shelter and other services. Despite extending its space, families are still waiting for shelter.
How can you help? What are some of the concrete ways you can make a difference?
--FOOD AND SNACKS. Donate meal staples, juice boxes, fruit cups, granola bars, crackers, and other nutritious, non-perishable foods.
--FINANCIAL GIFTS. Help cover operating costs, essential supplies, and facility expansion.
--NEEDED SUPPLIES. Donate bedding, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
--VOLUNTEER. Give your time to support families and daily operations.
--SPREAD THE WORD. Like and share Family Promise NWO's Facebook posts to raise awareness.
