St. John's Lutheran Church - May 31, 2026 - The Festival of the Holy Trinity & Music by Act of Grace

In the Children's Message today - Sarah talked about having invisible "Glasses of Glory" and how they help each of us to SEE JESUS and know he is with us! Pastor Schalk also reminded us with his sermon today to "To Get our Vision Checked". A special THANK YOU to ACT OF GRACE who are are musicians from Elgin churches, who gathered together to praise the Lord through their original music.

May 24, 2026 - The Festival of Pentecost
Pastor Schalk today in his sermon talked about when the HOLY SPIRIT came to the 3,000 people on that first PENTECOST and shared with us the story of the "Fifty -Dollar Fiddle". He encouraged us the we can share the message of JESUS with others and to remember we are not alone when we are sharing the message the HOLY SPIRIT is with us.
