Holy One, as I walk through your gift of this new day,
lead me and guide me away from any nets that might entangle me,
and reveal to me the goodness you have in store for me.
Allow me to live by faith,
knowing that you will be with me
in my travels, in my words, in my actions,
and in my relationships with others
and with you.
Amen.

Lord, I have tried to live as your child today.
I have tried to let your voice guide me through the day
and to find comfort in you during times of trouble.
Allow me to find the rest that I need,
and thank you for all the faith and hope that you provide,
without which I would not be able to take a step. Amen.
