I just got back from a short family vacation to the beautiful state of Tennessee. Extending the Perch

There are so many things in this world that bring peace and joy, some are incredibly close to our everyday lives. One of those for my wife is being able to hear and see birds around our front porch. We have a couple of feeders and multiple birdhouses for our fine feathered friends to come and stay for extended periods of time....

All is Right…

One of my favorite Christmas movies, beside the ever classic “It’s A Wonderful Life,” is one that I find hard to not laugh all the way through. Maybe it was because I can relate to many of the things that happen during this show, especially as I remember being in grade school. Although I never had to write and official “theme” on what I wanted for Christmas, I do remember circling many toys from the Sears Roebuck catalog....
