Backpacks and School Supplies

The First Methodist Church of Eldorado annually provides backpacks and school supplies to Pre K through 12th graders who need assistance. This ministry began years ago when it was brought to our attention that numerous students were attending the first day of school with no supplies or backpacks. We then realized many of the teachers were purchasing these necessities

for the kids who were in their classes. As we are a small congregation, we must rely on individuals and other organizations to help us financially which we deeply appreciate.
