Cry4hlp Ministries INC. International CRY4HLP Ministries, Inc., International, the VISION of Apostle Toby Hise. Pastor Toby S. Hise has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years.

During this time, she founded CRY4HLP Ministries, Inc., as well as pastoring THE CHURCH "Of New Beginnings" since 2003. Pastor Toby holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology and is a Certified Christian Counselor. She is preparing to pursue her Master's in Theology. Many people call her Pastor, but there's also a multitude of ministers, singers, saints, and sinners that call her FRIEND.
