Good Morning Friends!

I know it’s a holiday - Happy Labor Day! - but I’m still in the office today until about 1:00 pm. Stop on by - or drop in on Zoom - to chat. I’ll be changing it up a bit today, as I’ll be posting yesterday’s sermon that got cut off. I’m also preparing for Carol Brown’s Celebration of Life, as well as something special we’re doing coming up!

Remember - if at any time, you need a visit, prayer, faith chat, someone to just hold space with you and let you talk… I am available.

Tomorrow, 8/30, we will be “standing on holy ground” as we worship outdoors… Hopefully.

Kempster - Bring a coat, as it will be rather cool. If it is too cool or raining - we’ll worship in the side room. I’ll be there early with some donuts and juice.

Elcho - Please bring a lawn chair, and be prepared for cooler weather also. If it’s too cool or raining, we’ll worship in the pavillion. Also - please bring a dish to pass, as we join in fellowship following worship.

Elcho UCC Men’s Club CASH Raffle tickets will be available - Need not be present to win!

Dinner begins at 5:00 pm. Music begins at 6:00 pm.
Full Dinner is $13
Sandwich Only is $6
Corn on the Cob is $2
Dessert is $3

Bar will be open - No Carry-Ins please.
Full Dinners will be served first.

We have been informed that there is still room for five more teams to golf to support the food pantry.

This is an amazing event that is absolutely tons of fun with contests and prizes, and of course, food and drink… and on top of that… It’s a chance to support our local food pantry!
